The Renovation Concierge has an extensive network of Architects, Interior Designers, Art Advisors and Landscape Designers. I have personally met with each one and understand the expertise they bring to the table. I will do the legwork for you and help lay a strong foundation for your project.
What’s included
The first step is a 1-hour consultation in person or via zoom. This gives us the chance to delve into the details of your project, from your desired aesthetic, to your budget, and timeline.
After our consultation, I'll handpick 2 - 3 vetted professionals perfectly suited to your needs. Each recommendation comes with a tailored profile explaining why they are the right fit for you.
You will also receive a custom checklist of questions to guide your discussions with each design professional. This will empower you to navigate your meetings with clarity and confidence.
Project Consulting
Offered to clients as an add on to the referral package, or for those clients that need guidance at any point during their renovation process.

Team Selection Assistance. For those who already have a short list of professionals you are considering. I will attend your meetings with the professionals and help you decide whom to hire.
Insight on Architecture and Design Choices. Get another set of eyes and opinions on architectural plans, material selections and design options.
Contract Review. Assistance in understanding proposals and contracts with architects, designers and contractors.
Problem-Solving for Project Hurdles. Offering solutions for any unexpected challenges, or decision making impasses, during the life of the project.
Owners Representative. I’ll be your eyes and ears when you are not able to be on site.
